Rolo commented on each recruit. Most comments were similar to this article.

Other tibits:
Holly: Other schools came on strong after he verbaled. Came down to Wednesday morning. His NLI came in last and there were a lot of anxious moments.
McDonald: Was going to be a gray shirt. Another QB committed, then decommitted Tuesday night. Decided to bring him with this class. Rolo always wants to personally see a QB throw, but was unable to with McDonald. But someone he trusts in Southern California has seen him throw and recommended him.
Moala: Naeole knew about him. His parents live in Hawaii already. Got to see the OC16 video of him, was outstanding.
Muti: Was considering another school up until Tuesday night.
Pritchard: Too another trip just before signing day and was up in the air until Tuesday night.
Sanitoa: Naeole knew about him. His performance jumped off the OC16 video.
Taylor: Is Polynesian. Was offered during trip and he exploded with joy and his family were very happy. Has the ability to play OT, has long arms.
Tolliver: Had 10 to 12 offers (some Pac-12) off his junior tape but didn't pull the trigger early on accepting any of them.
Perry: Naeole had a relationship with him.
Wilson: After high school sat out last year at a JC. Took less than 12 credits so essentially is a gray shirt.

Other tidbits include:
Stutz: Talked about how he approached Stutz about the opening after Zak left. Stutz didn't know at the time that Zak left when Rolo called him.
Zak: One interesting jab was when Rolo mentioned hiring coaches because they married a local girl. Read into it as you like I guess.
Offensive Play Calling: Looks like it'll be a team effort. Team Kefense/Stutz doing passes and Team Naeole/Smith doing runs.
Tui: Last caller of the night asked about Tui and Rolo immediately said "NO CAN!". He said he got in trouble already. Hmm...wonder what that meant right?

Often wrong...seldom in doubt!
