Info from UH Media Release: Thank you Derek!

The UH football team will wear its
retro uniform for Saturday’s Homecoming
game. Alumni and fans are encouraged to
wear UH retro items to the game in support of
the Rainbow Warriors. Retro jerseys and various
other men’s and women’s retro apparel
can be purchased in advance at the H-Zone
stores at Ward Center and the Stan Sheriff
Center, as well as at H-ZoneOnline.com. Retro
items are also available at the UH Bookstore
in Campus Center. Limited retro items will be
available on game day at the C-Gear locations
in the stadium concourse.

It's not the IMUA one. It's the one they wore against Army last year. I don't think it had IMUA on the back.

It seems like the uniform was from an earlier time and the helmet was from the 70s-80s. Should have kept the helmet and uniform from the same time period.

As much as I rather have the JJ era uniforms back minus the silver helmet, these retro jerseys are awesome as long as its a once a year thing. And I wouldn't mind going to the kelly green as long as the rainbow colors are gone on the jersey and pants and the tapa H is on the helmet instead of the rainbow logo.
