WR Keith Kirkwood transfers to Temple
Aloha Guys,
I was wondering if anyone could answer my question?
Sometime last week, I read someone's comments on one of the sports articles that Keith Kirkwood left the team.
Sorry I tried to look back at some of the past articles but I can't find it, I believe it was a comment on ST article on chow changing the offense to a spread based offense, and again today on ST blog some one again asked if he was still here.
I'm not trying to start or spread roomers, I'm just trying to see if anyone has any info on this
I hope this is not true

He's goners. Dunno why for sure, though. Some said he is transferring to UCONN but I don't think people really know for sure except that he's gone.

I asked around, and was told that it was a family issue that I cannot disclose, because it is a private matter. It had nothing to do with the University of Hawaii, nor your coaching staff. It necessitated Keith returning closer to home.

Re: WR Keith Kirkwood transfers to Temple
i think everyone has come to that conclusion about keith wanting to be closer to his family. Temple isn't far from NJ so it makes sense why he went there. Gathering the information about how close he is with his grandma and that she just turned 90, it seems to be just one of those situations where he had to go home. he was interviewed about how he likes Hawa'i's family feel, so he's a family guy, can't blame him for going back to his them on the other side of the country. oh well it happens to every program. Temple got a good player.

Blessings to Keith on his new journey.
We all know how serious family matters affects athletes.
That why we get lots of local bounce back players.
