On to the regional at Des Moines with the sweep of TAMU. Congratulations to the Wahine! Next up is Penn State. Stay humble and hungry!

Congratulations Wahine for making it to the sweet 16. I think if they can beat Penn State. They will likely make it to the championship game in Omaha.

think becz the average UH woman vball fan is probably over 60 yrs old haha. Should be a good game, UH is 7-0 all time against Minnesota, this year they loss to Texas A&m in 5, loss to PennSt. but also beat Penn St. last time played them in 3-0 also so should be exciting

Because Shoji is still there, the average sports/football fan will tune in if things start to move towards a championship. But I'll be honest, once Shoji is gone, I will have zero interest in volleyball. To me, it will be the same as water polo or tennis.

Minnesota has height in their lineups. The Wahine will be confronting a brick wall. They will have to bring their A-game like nothing we ever experienced this season to pull off this win.

I too feel that the Volleyball program talent will die with Shoji when he's gone. That's why we need to win any national titles as much as possible.

"Awesome" is the word I use to call these Wahines. If they can overcome any obstacle like the one in Texas against TCU then go on to spank the other teams, they should be able to go and win the national championship game. This team has something that the past teams never had. I don't know what it is but they got it. One game one match one set one serve, one block, one roof at a time. GO WAHINES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
