A man in Kentucky, USA, may have only wanted a little off the top (er, tip), but ended up losing it all.
61-year-old Phillip Seaton is suing Dr. John Patterson after he went in for what was to be a routine circumcision, and came out a eunuch. He and his wife are seeking unspecified compensation from Patterson for "loss of service, love and affection".
It seems that while Dr. Patterson was carving up Seaton's manhood, he thought he detected cancer on the man's member and removed the penis in order to be safe.
Seaton's attorney, Kevin George, admits that subsequent tests showed that there was indeed cancer in his johnson. "It was not an emergency," George said. "It didn't have to happen that way." The suit claims that the doctor didn't consult the Seatons before he sliced, making it impossible for them to seek a second opinion.

Even Viagra can't save him now. He's 61 so I am sure he had his share of "yum yum" time.IPatentllo7o1 wrote:the cancer was probably from all that viagra...

I would prefer if the doc took a biopsy first then confirm it is cancer before removing anything extra. It could be that it was obvious but even then once in a while it won't be cancer. Surgery is generally the best and often the only real cure for cancer if it is in a surgically operable place.

At 61, why would one want to get a circumcision? Did he and his wife suddenly convert religions? Strage.
