(TMZ) John Travolta had an assault suit coming from a Royal Carribean Cruise employee Fabian Zanzi in which he accused the actor of exposing his penis and hugging him in 2009 but all that changed when the court case was mysteriously dismissed!
Sources said that Travolta listened to the judge in the case when he told the actor that he could either (1) Go through a messy court trial or (2) come to an agreement in arbitration.
Looks like the "Grease" actor took option No. 2.
No word on how much Travolta and Zanzi settled but we can only imagine that the "hush money" was in the millions.

A friend told Radaronline that the Canadian singer hooked up with the Barbados beauty when they met at a Lakers game on February 20, 2011. It was at that time that Justin and Selena were dating since late 2010. When the Disney star heard about the pop singer's cheating that led the actress to question their relationship ever since.
Since then, the pair have been on-and-off in recent months. Recent photos show Justin and Selena getting back together but a friend told the tabloid that "their serious relationship is more likely over."

(Radaronline) Like everyone, we're not really surprised that pop singer Chris Brown is in trouble with submitting fraudulent community service documents! This past Tuesday, the L.A. District Attorney said that the singer "failed to turn in credible documents or verifiable evidence" that he completed his community service.
On August 2009, Brown was sentenced to 180 days of community service for the beating of girlfriend Rihanna and was granted permission to perform his service in his home state of Virginia. Bryan Norwood, Police chief of Richmond, Virginia, even sent a commendation letter to the L.A. judge that the singer went beyond the the call of duty and performed 202 hours. However, the DA isn't buying it and found several discrepancies such as sloppy documents and fake reporting that may indicate that fraud was committed.
The media reported that the Richmond P.D. supervised the singer on only 9 or 10 occasions.
Chris Brown was assigned to do community service at a Children's Center in which his Mom was once Director but she still had the keys to the building. His Mom allegedly submitted documents for her son during his service. A Detective assigned to look after the singer said that she wasn't required to oversee him while he worked.
TMZ discovered that the singer was on-tour on some days when he was supposed to be doing community service. Other media services found that the singer had flown off on a private jet to Cancun during his service hours. Furthermore, the DA believes that the singer lied to them about his community work.
This latest legal trouble is in addition to a fight Chris Brown with rapper/singer Frank Ocean in which the pop singer allegedly punched Ocean in the face and called him a fa***t! Police reported that the pop singer reportedly threatened "to kill" Ocean during the altercation. The fight stemmed from Brown parking in Ocean's spot outside an L.A. recording studio last week.
AND, there is an upcoming lawsuit from San Antonio Spurs Tony Parker, who will be suing the pop singer, for a brawl he allegedly started in a New York club against rapper Drake. Parker was in the club at the time and suffered injuries to his eye.
(Radaronline) The sensational murder trial of Jodi Arias has brought media attention from around the world but quietly supporting the accused murderer is her boyfriend Bryan Carr, who doesn't believe that she is a sex-crazed maniac, jealous-filled, and cold blooded killer that the media has portrayed her.
As you recall, Arias is on trial for the murder of viciously killing her boyfriend Travis Alexander by stabbing him 27 times, shooting him in the face, and slitting his throat in 2007. She has maintained that she did it in "self defense."
Carr connected with Arias online while she was in prison and they became friends when he visited her at the Prescott, Arizona jail. He believes in the accused murderer and said that she is "the nicest person you will ever meet."
The report that Jodi Arias has a boyfriend is in addition to reports that she has a lesbian lover. Carr refused to comment on whether his relationship with Arias was a physical one.

The two started dating a few months after Ashton split from wife Demi Moore in 2011. The 2.5 Men star officially filed for divorce from Demi back in December last year.
Sources said that Demi has been heartbroken with Ashton over his romance with Mila.

Katy and John were glued together at the Grammys on Sunday, and then went out with her parents on Monday. Tuesday's get together certainly solidifies their relationship that started early last year.
The two split up momentarily in the summer but soon got back together much to the dismay of London's oddsmakers, who bet against the couple.

Oscar Pistorious, the famed Double Amputee Olympian, Charged with Murder!

(TMZ) Oscar Pistorious, the famed double amputee Olympian, who competed for South Africa in the London Olympics has been charged with the Valentine's Day murder of his girlfriend/model Reeva Steenkamp.
Pistorious wept in court as the judge formally charged him with murder. Police are still investigating the murder that took place at Pistorius home early Thursday. Neighbors said that there was trouble before between the couple of a "domestic kind" before.
No motive was given to Steenkamp's murder. The runner and the model were the only ones in the home at the time.
The famed double amputee was one of the highlights of the London games and was one of the most admired athletes during the Olympics.
Jenna Edkins, Pistorious' previous girlfriend for 5 years, said that the runner "never laid a finger on her or made her fear for her life during their relationship."
Reeva Steenkamp was about to make her debut in a reality show in South Africa.
Experts believe that the prosecution will center their case on accusations of domestic abuse by Pistorious while the defense plans to plead a case of "self-defense" in which the runner believed Steenkamp may have been an intruder in his home.
Bail hearing and the case was postponed until next Tuesday.
Russian Meteor Shower Injures over 1000 People, More Injuries Expected!

(CNN) The state media of Russia reported that a meteor that streaked over of the country's Urals region exploded early Friday, causing windows to shatter and injuring thousands of people!
According to RIA Novosti news agency, more injuries have yet to be reported and 200 children are believed to be injured as well. Thirty-four people were reported to be hospitalized.
Most of the injuries are not thought to be serious as more news comes out of the region. Reports of a sonic-like boom exploding in the sky, shattering windows and causing some to believe that a doomsday asteroid was hurtled towards the earth.
Eyewitnesses said that they saw a white streak over the sky, before exploding and letting out a big bang.
NASA said that asteroids are shot towards the earth quite frequently but none have made any impact.
Christopher Dorner May be Dead but LAPD Has some Questions to Answer!
(Democracy Now) Former LAPD Christopher Dorner may have been found dead in a cabin in Big Bear, California but questions regarding why he was terminated and his accusations of racism and corruption in the department are being raised.
He was fired in 2008 for "falsely accusing" his training officer of kicking a mentally ill suspect during an arrest. Then LAPD officer and attorney Randal Quan, defended Dorner during his disciplinary hearing, which the former Navy reservist lost. Quan, whose daughter and her boyfriend were killed by Dorner, described the case then as "very, very ugly" and that the LAPD made Dorner "the scapegoat." The department contended that Dorner was wrong in his accusations and claimed that he was "mentally unstable."
Today, the LAPD and journalist/activist Davey D have decided to reopen the case of Dorner's firing and whether his claims of racism and corruption are indeed true. The former LAPD officer left a 6,000 manifesto complete with names, dates, and several instances of discrimmination and corruption. He claims that racism and corruption in the department has "gotten worse" since the days of the infamous Rodney King beating.
The LAPD is no stranger to corruption, lying, and cover-ups in their long history and the department has been under scrutiny before by the Federal government on numerous occasions.
The murder spree by Christopher Dorner captured headlines and resulted in one of the biggest LAPD manhunts in recent history. However, Dorner's death should not stop the media and the Federal Government from investigating the former officer's claims.

The 79 year-old billionaire and businessman has been visited by family, friends, and players, who believe that he may not recover from his illness this time.
Buss has been ill over the past 2 years and has frequented the hospital on numerous occasions due to several ailments. Details of what type of cancer Buss is battling have not been disclosed.
The insider added that the Lakers owner is undergoing chemotherapy but the cancer has spread so much that many believe that this may be it for the beloved owner of one of the most successful franchises in the NBA.
Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Kobe Bryant, Pau Gasol, and Shaquille O'Neal have visited him wishing him well.
Jerry Buss hasn't attended a game during the 2012-2013 season due to health concerns.
Mindy McCready Was in Despair When She Lost Her Children!
(People) The tragic suicide of country star Mindy McCready depicted a woman, who had been thrown into despair when she lost her two young children to her estranged mother, which many believe led to her killing herself from a self-inflicted gun shot wound.
The troubled singer, who had gone to rehab numerous times to fix her substance abuse problems, lost all hope when her children were placed in the custody of her estranged mother. Days later, McCready's body was found on the front porch of her home in Heber Springs, Arkansas with a gun shot wound to her head. This was the same location she found her boyfriend a month ago when he died of an apparent suicide.
When Police went to her home, they found a house in disarray with dog feces everywhere and prescription bottles found on her nightstand and in the bathroom. Also found in the home was a dead dog that was particularly close to McCready and shot to death by the country star before she took her own life.
She leaves behind two sons 10 month old son Zayne and Zander, 6.

The happy news couldn't come any better for the couple, who made no secret about wanting a little bundle. The Black Eyed Peas singer denied countless rumors in previous years that she was pregnant but this time she couldn't deny it.

Oscar "Bladerunner" Pistorious was An Insanely Jealous Guy!
(Hollywood Life) A friend of Reeva Steenkamp, who was allegedly murdered by Olympic hero Oscar Pistrious, has said that "bladerunner" was an insanely jealous and controlling boyfriend.
Maddie Sims told Hollywood Life that the famed amputee Olympian was a controlling boyfriend, who would be easily upset if Reeva wore her hair a certain way or was late to meet him at a venue. Sims even said that there was one incident when a man stared at Reeva and Oscar went up the fellow and stared him down.
He was a great athlete but extremely difficult to live with.
In the meantime, evidence of testosterone and needles being found in the home of Pistorious made headlines. Some people said that the runner had "anger management problems" and that may have led him to shoot the model/actress while she was using the bathroom.
Depictions of the shooting state that he had fired shots at the bathroom door, killing Steenkamp who was inside.
The defense says that the shooting was an accident, not knowing that his girlfriend was in the bathroom at the time.
The prosecutor disputes the defense claims and believes it was premeditated murder.

(Hitfix) The Oscars last night was a mixed bag of entertainment, boobs, groans from a bad joke, Jennifer Lawrence falling, and a determined host in Seth MacFarlane, who was trying to be insulting just for the sake of being insulting.
The hits of the night included a win for ARGO for Best Picture. Daniel Day-Lewis and Jennifer Lawrence winning Best Actor and Best Actress respectively. Christopher Waltz and Anne Hathaway winning the Best Supporting Actor and Actress awards.
LIFE OF PI Director Ang Lee winning Best Director but you wonder what would have happened if Ben Affleck (ARGO) had competed in that same category.
The misses included cutting off Visual Effects guy Bill Westenhofer of LIFE OF PI, whose acceptance speech was shortened when he was about to talk about why visual effects jobs are in jeopardy even though most films are dependent on those special effects. Also include in misses are: the Academy awards dependency on musical numbers on the show, a 15 minute monologue from Seth talking mainly about himself, and a show that ended on a musical number? UGH!
For fans of Seth MacFarlane, the Oscars was the greatest ever. For those who don't know about Seth or weren't a fan in the first place, they are hoping he won't be invited again to host the Oscars or any other show.
Did the Pope Resign due to an Underground Gay Network at the Vatican?
(radaronline) According to italian newspaper La Repubblica, Pope Benedict XVI resigned his post because he had uncovered papers detailing an elaborate Vatican Gay Network. whose members held gay meetings at various locations including a Roman Villa, a sauna, and at a beauty salon inside the Vatican.
The newspaper reported that investigators found out sensitive information detailing Vatican officials setting up these gay meetings right under the Pope's nose. An alleged 300-page document details going-ons in the Vatican involving money, sex, and power.
Vatican City representatives have denied the reports and have condemned the media for making false accusations.
The report by the paper disputes the news that the 85 year-old resigned due to "lacking a sound mind and body." The news shocked Catholics around the world when they learned about his resignation.
Some speculate that the leader of the Catholic world may not have known about the gay network but the details does leave The Church open for blackmail and other crimes.
The Pope's last day will be Thursday February 28. A new Pope will be elected next month.
Federal Government Sues Lance Armstrong, Wants $31M back!
(Radaronline) Last Friday, the Justice Department joined former cyclist Floyd Landis in a lawsuit against disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong!
Landis filed a "whistle blower" lawsuit against the 7-time Tour de France champ in 2010 accusing the cyclist of taking performance enhancing drugs when he was part of the United Postal Service cycling team from 2001-2004. The government joined Landis on the lawsuit because Lance was paid a $31M to represent the USPS team, which prohibits the use of PEDS. A spokesperson for the government said that the state of the U.S. economy has forced them to go after the cyclist, who promised to abide by the rules when he was a member of the USPS cycling team.
Ever since Lance Armstrong confessed to taking PEDS, Landis and the Federal government are stepping up efforts to collect money from the man who is worth an estimated $125M. The Live Strong spokesperson has been stripped of his Tour de France titles, stripped of Olympic medals, and dropped from sponsors.
Jennifer Aniston Tying the Knot with Justin Theroux?
(Radaronline) Reports are saying that Jennifer Aniston is in the final stages of wedding preparations with boyfriend Justin Theroux. A source told People magazine that Jennifer's wedding will be a "small affair with their closest friends."
The two have reportedly been in the final preparations in choosing the band, the venue, the date, and the dress she'll wear. The pair will have their wedding shortly after Jennifer is done filming her latest movie on March 8.

Pamela filed the documents in early February in Fulton County, Georgia. In the documents, she welcomes a paternity test to prove he is the dad and that she asks for full custody and child support.

Harry Potter's Emma Watson in Talks to Play "Cinderella" in Disney Film!
(Yahoo) Harry Potter star Emma Watson is in talks to play the live action version of Cinderella in a new film made by Disney!
The latest fairytale story will be directed by Kenneth Branagh and the role of the wicked stepmother is reported to be Cate Blanchett. Emma was last seen in the critically-acclaimed film "The Perks of Being a Wallflower.'
Cinderella is the latest story brought to life following Snow White, which was featured in "Snow White and the Huntsman" and "Mirror, Mirror." Little Red Riding Hood was also made into a live action film "Red Riding Hood" that starred Amanda Seyfried and Gary Oldman.
Sources say that Cinderella will be shot in the Fall of 2013 and scheduled for release in 2014.
