- Attended School, did not play

Prep:
A 2004 graduate of Stanwood High School in Washington... earned three varsity letters in football (RB and DB) and two in basketball... named to the all-league in 2004...coached by Dick Abrams.

Personal:
Born April 13, 1986, in Honolulu...has one brother, David, and one sister, Alisha...parents are Jana and Ioane Aufai of Stanwood, Wash.

- In the 2006 Spring training fitness drills, Josh led the team in Sit-ups (in 2 minutes) with 138
- Favorite NFL team, the Eagles

BTW, J-Rod how far away is Josh's HS "Stanwood" from where you live?

other side of the mountains but they are in town this weekend in our B-ball tourney. I play them sunday.
