Nice pickup. Off topic but anybody at SA proof reads the article before its posted?
Emerson said trains with UH quarterback Cole McDonald during the offseason.
Emerson, who was born and reared on the North Shore, said he has been a UH football fast most of his life.

I've seen quite a few articles recently that needed to be red penciled in the HSA. Is he a grayshirt?

He continues the great tradition of Kuhuku safeties...a ball hawk, good tackler and a hard worker, which will help him transition to D1. Winning traditions and competition he's had at pratice and games will also help. Likely projects as an OLB.

On working out with Cole McDonald, McDonald's neck looks thick. Yes, he has been working out. During the earlier interviews, you would think he was moving to play Defense next year.
