Lost against BYU, we still have a chance next week against Nevada. Then after that, its going to be tough to get a win so super important game next week.

I predicted Warriors would be 8-5 (well after week 3 that is). I think we can win against Nevada and UNLV.

Watching CBSSports now. Boise St 31 - Nevada 27, 3:26 remaining.
Nevada looks tough

Fresno St, Utah St and San Diego State are all 5-1 and firing on all cylinders.
Nevada is now 3-3 after a close lost to Boise St
UNLV is 2-4, but has beaten us the last 3 outings and 6 of the last 9 meetings.

one more game.
No mattah how critical, I support da coach, Rolo. I love what he doing wit Da WARRIORS.

Personally I don't think that UH will be playing for the MW championship but I think that they could finish 5-3 in conference. I feel Nevada and UNLV are winnable games. They could finish 8-5 and possibly 9-5 with a bowl victory. This would be beyond what I predicted during preseason.
Re: Road to the HI Bowl Thread - after game 8
Coaching needs to improve. Game plans the last 4 games were not good. We need to beat either Nevada or UNLV. At this stage Utah State, Fresno and SDSU are very low odds.

At this point the Hawaii Bowl will not draw national advertisers which is essential to supporting the Bowl if Hawaii makes one of the two teams. No draw in national audience.

Prospects for Hawaii Bowl hopes are quickly dimming. Still get chance, but Warriors better clench their butts for the remaining four games and get the job done.

Honestly your win over my Wyoming Cowboys probably saved your season.
BTW, we have similar problems as you all do. Crappy play-calling, no imagination offensively. Even when we get a QB (Chambers) that could save our game vs. Utah State, we STILL end up using TVW which drives the fanbase up the wall!
Sorry for hi-jacking this thread but....the frustration has gotten extremely bad!!!!!

What Craig Bohl needs to do is do more onside kicks and going for it on fourth down on winnable games. The fan base would definitely evaporate.wyokie wrote: ↑Sun Oct 21, 2018 11:25 am Honestly your win over my Wyoming Cowboys probably saved your season.

Vigen, our jackassed OC, would never do it. Why? 'Cos it would use some imagination.shrek2 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 21, 2018 11:45 amWhat Craig Bohl needs to do is do more onside kicks and going for it on fourth down on winnable games.
