What's scary for future UH opponents is that Cole, his receivers, offensive line and running backs will continue to improve. If UH's defense can produce more stops with less gashing plays, I can foresee multiple 60+ point games coming up.
Two months after I posted this, I will have to eat my words.
Cole has not improved. His receivers have not improved. The offensive line has not improved. The running backs have not improved. The defense can't stop anyone, including my mother-in-law with her walker. Plenty of gashing plays by the opponent's offense. Better chance for the opposing teams remaining to score 60+ points against UH.
At least UH has 6 wins. I originally predicted only 3 for the whole season.
