QB Zach Daniel signs LOI
Re: QB Zach Daniel signs LOI
A coach has to prepare for contingencies. Anyone remember when a fourth string walk-on pizza delivery driver ascended to starter because of injuries? How about going further back when a former high school quarterback turned starting safety and future NFL player had to take over as the emergency QB because of injuries? To not be prepared is the kiss of death for a head coach. Many programs sign at least one quarterback per recruiting class.
Cats don't have owners. Cats have servants.

I agree. It isn't unusual to lose QBs to injuries and transfers. It takes time to develop R&S QBs. And you never know how a recruit will pan out. You need at least one per class.HawaiianHogster wrote: ↑Fri Dec 21, 2018 6:21 am The QB is the biggest and most important position to fill. He will determine just how good the offense will be. His decision making most important outside of arm strength and accuracy. I've seen teams falter big time because of bad QB play. To get someone from Texas is freaking huge!!!!!! Great job UH!!!
