LB coach

This hire reminds me of a Norm Chow OJT hire.
He was a package deal with Lempa, with zero experience. Many of our LBs had high school coached more experienced.
The LB unit is solid due to their talent not because of the coaching. To think we went from Kurt Gouveia to this is not exceptable.
Actions witnessed, from fans in the stands, can verify. Just think Rauscher....

True. but, somewhat in his defense, the LBs did need a lot of seasoning, there are only two seniors among the linebackers and one has retired due to injuries -- Max Broman, the other Russell Williams, Jr.. Williams was a starter for 5 games last season and Broman never started last season. What the LB coach isn't seeing, the DC should catch and correct. Hopefully, we'll see major improvements here come next season.

But Tavai was returning and Pritchard and Okeke also had some experience. Okeke didn't seem to progress much this year.
