https://news.hjnews.com/allaccess/could ... c573f.htmlNot only is USU motivated to prevail on Senior Day, it has the extra advantage of having two weeks to prepare for Hawaii. Last week gave several Aggies the chance to heal up from nagging injuries.
“As I look at this week, coming off the bye week, I’ve thought before I’m not sure what bye weeks late in the year give you, but I know this: We are re-energized, and we have a little bit of a hop in our step,” Wells said. “Late in the year, a lot of teams get tired, and a lot of teams can start going through the motions, or they can get re-energized and re-focused. I’m hopeful that’s what the bye week did for us last week.”
The Aggies have been relatively fortunate in the injury category in ’17 as only tailback Tonny Lindsey has suffered one of the season-ending variety.
“We’re about as healthy this year as we’ve been since I’ve been the head coach,” said Wells, who is 5-0 after a bye as USU’s head coach. “Really, only one, (starting defensive end) Ian (Togiai), that we’ve lost for an extended amount of time. He’s getting closer to getting back, so we’ll see on that here this week.”

Well...disciplined players excused from the team and kept from playing...and yet we still have an undisciplined team. COME ON...MAN!!!!
It is another winnable game that we're gonna lose.

Re: Hawaii @Utah St
Our offensive line needs to be sufficiently healed up for UH to have a snowball's chance in hell (maybe not snow, but will be really cold).

No need two weeks to prepare for Hawaii, just put 8 in the box and stop DSJ.BigWave96744 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 14, 2017 7:53 pmhttps://news.hjnews.com/allaccess/could ... c573f.htmlNot only is USU motivated to prevail on Senior Day, it has the extra advantage of having two weeks to prepare for Hawaii. Miano compared this years (3-7) Rainbow team to the (5-7) 2005 Warriors team with building talent and momentum for the next season. No comparison:
2005 Warriors:
Colt Brennan, (Beast Mode Nasty) Nate Ilaoa, Devon Bess, Ryan Grice-Mullen, Ian Sample, Ice-man Dan Kelly, Solomon Elimimian, Adam Leonard, Lono Manners, Leonard Peters, Samson and Hercules Satele just to name a few studs.
Plus the 2005 Hawaii Warriors team smoked Utah State 50-23
Is there really comparison in recruiting talent and depth chart on the past couple years “Bows” or Rainbows teams?
Miano bleeds Hawaii Football green but this was a bad comparison.
Diocemy St juste is the only bright spot for Hawaii Football.
