Brian Derby had some good years as a lineman at UH. He went on to create the very popular Derby camps for offensive linemen.
Is he a viable candidate to contend for oline coach? He is no neophyte to the college game, nor is he an amateur up and comer. He is a legitimate coach who has developed more than a few local boy line men. There has certainly been a youth movement in the coaching ranks at UH. I dunno, just throwing it out there. Thoughts?

It would be interesting. Hope he's a candidate. At this point, we don't know who may be available at the end of the year. Also, Estes may do a good job the rest of the year and be another candidate.
