SUGGESTIONS TO COACH ROLO:

SUGGESTIONS TO COACH ROLO:

Can you start each game with a 2nd unit using a modified version of our current Run-Pass Option (almost like a Triple-Option) attack with Cole McDonald as QB and using two RB's (maybe Ryan Tuiasoa & Fred Holly as RB's) mixed in with a few surprise pass plays? That would keep the other team's defense confused with preparing to defend two different offenses. And keep running this offense until the other team can stop it. This would also improve the MORALE of the 2nd team players, who will be pumped up knowing they will get in more than a few plays--and as a fan; I would be pumped up to see this unit go! Also maybe use this unit to start the 2nd half; and use this unit for goal line situations--which is what June Jones did with Shawn Withy-Allen.

Also where are the trick plays, misdirection, reverses & jet-sweeps (that other teams do to us for large gains). More swing passes to the RB's will be great also; to match them one on one with LB's which will produce large gains!

Don't sound so grouchy in the post game interviews or bland in the pre-game interviews. You sound like an old man ready to retire. Talk about the things you may be doing rather than mumbling about how good some of the best plays were the lucky plays. How about saying how UH needs to contain Rashaad Penny and how we need to be more successful on third downs against good teams.

Brah, change the DC. No OJT at Div 1 FBS.

Give DSJ the ball to get the records; the team needs some bling bling to bring up attendance. Mix some play action with Dru able to run it to keep the defense honest.

Free Ewaliko. Free Tuiasoa. Free Greeley. Wide Receivers should not be on your kick/punt coverage teams. Put in players who can get off blocks and tackle. More speed the better.

Good one Edge. Which one is more useless? I can hate one but just disappointed by the results of the other.

Play Mcdonald and focus on hitting deep passes.

Play a bend do not break defense. This overly aggressive blitzing is hurting more than helping. Disguise blitz packages better.

Speed up your offense. Same slow pace isn’t cutting it.

I remember when Boise under Peterson appeared to have a playbook that was 10 inches thick. They were always substituting entire units on different downs it seemed. Different packages all night long. Sure made it a long nite for the defenses they'd face.

They had a quarterback with a brain who could handle that. After he left they had to change the offense.
