Part of the reason for posting this thread was to encourage the Hawaii fans not to wager on the UNLV game. The more money wagered on the game the more money in the pot available to make "somebody" rich. Also, the original post on the thread talks about not having a MWC team in Vegas.

Oh, O.K. That makes sense.

Damn Vegas odds makers are good or did they control the outcome? Depending when you be bet you either won, tied or lost this one
WELP, Alabama’s favored by 34 against Tennessee, the biggest spread in series history
https://www.sbnation.com/college-footba ... -odds-line
Top-ranked Alabama hosts 2-3 Tennessee on Saturday.
Alabama is a 36-point favorite, up three from where the line opened. The Over-Under, or total number of points Vegas thinks will be scored, is 50.5, down a half-point from where it opened.

Alabama won its 11th straight game over its SEC East rival by a score of 45-7 on Saturday at Bryant-Denny Stadium.

I think that the kids in the SEC get paid if they're good by the alumni. Its been going on for years. Its not going to stop. The one idiot that broke the rules in the south is Louisville's ex-coach and ex-assistant coach of Hawaii, none other than Rick Pittino. They don't need more money than the boosters are paying. I think UNLV doesn't have the same boosters as the SEC or the ACC so its reaaalllyy tempting not to bet on your own games. Remember, Rick Pittino is accused of transferring $100K to a family of a basketball player. That aint too shabby. Why bet on games when you have $100K guaranteed?

There's going to be a romp in Sin City next weekend, and it's not UH who is going to be on top.

The best thing that can happen is for UNLV to be favored by 45 points and Hawaii 600 to 1 odds to win. Hmmm, Fresno beats SDSU, Vegas beats Fresno, Hawaii only beats UNLV with the same odds as Howard. But, my guess is UNLV will only be favored by less than 10 points which will make a lot of Hawaii fans bet on Hawaii.

When in Vegas bet smart. Don't double down when the dealer is showing a 10, don't hit on a 15 with dealer showing 6, don't bet on UH.

Can't believe that Vegas is only favored over Hawaii by 7.5. Betting on UH is like doubling down on 13 with a six card deck. You pick up the picture and the next person on the table has a legitimate double down set of cards and you take away their picture and they get a 5.

Watch the game, enjoy the gambling, cheer for Hawaii but don't bet on the UNLV/UH games.

Historically UH responds to this type of challenge. UH starts off strong but loses by 2 tds.

Fan phones shall be hilarious with dickhead attempting to remain professional with the drunken losing gamblers.

Our receivers suck. Not Dru’s fault so far.
