Pandy ran an electronic 4.6-second 40-yard dash. He holds a 3.3 GPA.
USC offensive coordinator Tee Martin, who recruits the city for the Trojans, has been in touch.
"Coach Tee said he's trying to get me that offer," Pandy said. "Hopefully I can talk to coach (Clay Helton) soon."
Syracuse, Hawaii, Nevada, New Mexico and San Jose State have offered.
He's slated to officially visit Hawaii, his current favorite, January 13, and Nevada January 27.
Utah, where his sister plays volleyball, gave him a blueshirt offer.
Utah, Arizona, Oregon State and Nebraska are showing interest in Pandy, one of the top senior linebackers in California.
The three-star recruit is ranked as the nation's No. 41 outside linebacker and the No. 63 prospect in California in the 2017 class by 247Sports.

"I just talked with Boise State and Fresno State and it sounds like they could both be close to offering," Pandy said. "I talked with Coach Ambrose at BSU and they're supposed to call me back tonight.
"I'm also talking with Tee Martin at USC. He said he's trying to get me an offer so hopefully that happens but even if it doesn't, I'm very thankful for all the offers I have. I wasn't sure I was going to get any more after Hawaii so I'm excited about how things are going now."
Pandy has set official visits with Hawaii (Jan. 20) and Nevada (Jan. 27). He could set up one to Arizona for that open January 13th weekend.
