Game 1 CAL punted 3 times, 1st one was downed inside the 30, 2nd was out of bounds & the 3rd was a fair catch by Ursua
Game 2 Michigan didn't punt
Game 3 we got to see John Ursua as a punt returner.
The 1st punt was a fair catch.
When he took the field for the next 2 punts, Aloha Stadium began getting loud. He had 2 returns that dazzled the crowd but was nullified by penalties by his own teammates.
It is my gut feeling that John has what it takes to be the next Chad Owens or Jeff Sydner.
How you figgah?

I'd like to see Ursua as the kick-off returner too.

Getting better every week. Using him in the wildcat adds another twist to the offense

That was a really nice play probably designed by coaches after seeing film on Nevada. Future opponents will be better prepared for it. Every time I watch that I look at the block by Chung to seal the edge. It doesn't get any better than that. Chung is one player that doesn't get enough recognition for what he does.BigWave96744 wrote:Getting better every week. Using him in the wildcat adds another twist to the offense
Not doubting, not hating, not loving, just hoping because I am a fan.
