The other players will have to step up their game. If coach feels other players aren't doing their part I don't feel he will make a change. Coach said that there were other things that Ikaika does like making the right calls, reading defenses that keeps him from going with a change. He only did it the last game because he felt that Ikaika took a lot of hits in the 1 st half. He also mentioned about not wanting his qb to be looking over his shoulder. I guess he learned that one from being a qb himself.
