I'm not getting carried away just yet. Brown's a runner. He's a good runner. But teams adjust from week to week. I think we're gonna see several QBs this year.

Brown played well but i also think woolsey looked good on that last drive of the 1st half.

Depends on the type of offense Rolo wants to run. Brown is good for the run first offense, Zwahlen is good for a pass oriented offense and Woosley is the in-betweener.

I would go with Dru Brown. Brown is only a sophomore, he gives us something to build on, more tools to work with. Woolsey had his shot, he's still very inaccurate.

I kind of think that there is an intangible that makes a great quarterback and that is QB sense, something that prevents someone like Colin Kapernick becoming good. They gotta know when to throw, what kind of touch to put on the ball, when to run, etc. None of the QBs for Hawaii had that since Bryant Moniz.

As a Woolsey fan, I like what I saw from Brown. If we are talking about the future, UH need to invest in Brown so he can be the starter. We seen all of Woolsey. I don't think Woolsey can do more (or less). Brown looks uncomfortable and lost at times, but the tools are all there. Rolo pick it right. Brown came in at the last minute (in Aug). Just got to grow his QB. The Local players need to show him some Aloha because I like to see Brown be the future for the next few years. Outside of Woolsey (from the Chow era), I like to see UH commit and develop a QB. The Chow era was plug & play with whatever guy that was the flavor of the day.

Woolsey gets sacked. Brown extends plays. Brown is a better runner. Woolsey still hesitating on his throws and staring down his receiver but I thought he did better in the 2nd quarter. Woolsey has been our qb for a long time but is still having problems with clock management. Would like to see Brown start a game before saying he is the one. It would also mean that he got the first team reps.

Sorry Ikaika...But we need a change. You've definitely grown as a QB. But you are not the answer. I really wanted to see you succeed. Maybe you will but right now we need to see change.

If we are going to struggle, let's get some game experience for the next guy I guess. If our running game will keep us competitive in conference and Woolsey is the better qb at making the run calls, then stick with him.

We better have it figured out by the start of the bye week, either way....

Since Muniz? I thought Schroeder had a pretty decent touch with the horrible Oline he had

Just heard on the news Ikaika will remain the starter per Rolo.
