Sources said Kennedy Tulimasealii was naked when officers arrived at an apartment on McCully street just before 6 a.m., responding to an abuse call.

Another witness told KITV, prior to police showing up, he heard an argument next door and when he looked through the apartment's window, he saw a man hitting a woman.
