It could be Kalepo Naotala. Yesterday on a phone interview with Bobby Curran, Rolo mentioned a Virginia player who wanted to come to Hawaii. Kalepo Naotala is a Samoan DT/OT from Menchville HS, VA. He is a 6-2,275 and was selected to the 1st team defense and 2nd team offense All-Conference 10. He participated in the Polynesian All American Bowl.

He may be referring to all of the Polynesians that surrounded him at the Polynesian Hall of Fame dinner. He had Iaako Sopoaga on one side and Al Lolotai's on the other, and Charlie Ane's family on the other, with Marcus Marioto's family and Joe Salavea across the aisle, next to 'Uso Dave Reardon and 'Uso Mike.

I hope you're right "uhwarriors", and I'm wrong. I hope that he is referring to Kalepo Naotala. That would be an awesome pickup. Kid is explosive and disruptive.

I'm going to assume he was the #samoansallova commit (although no confirmation yet). With his addition, I'm satisfied with how the coaches have addressed the DL.

I would anticipate that Muti will be moved inside to join Naotala at DT. I think both Moala and Hendrie will wind up at DE. They will both have a few years to develop behind Castro, Koloamatangi, Manoa, and Kauhi.
