You're so right Braddah! I wrestled and played football too. And wrestling really helped with conditioning AND technique AND flexibility.415hawaiiboy wrote:Big and strong. My opinion is the under 200 LBs weight classes in hawaii are the most competitive. You also don't see too many wrestlers who play basketball well.
I wrestled in the 167lb class and not sure about being strong because going up against guys like David Paaluhi and Stanley Good...strength, speed and technique was needed which I had maybe one of those back then. Which is prob why I placed behind them in States. LOL!
