This El Nino year has been nuts. There have been so many weather systems coming our way and more on the way. Hopefully this one misses or fizzles out in time too.
Saipan hasn't been so lucky. I have a friend there and they were hit by two hurricanes within two weeks of each other. The first one was a devastating Category 4 that destroyed much of the island. The second one was a Category 2 but it didn't cause much damage because everything that could be damaged was already gone.
