Looks like some good stuff. I used to get skin bruises/pinch marks on my traps from the bar when doing squats (back in the day-LOL!). This isolates the weight to the legs and takes balancing the bar out of the equation, and lets you proceed without a weight belt to support your lower back. It looks more efficient at working the legs than a leg press or hack squat apparatus.

I agree, what a neat machine! I hate the bruises on the traps.

The best thing about this machine is that it takes a lot of stress off the lower back allowing athletes with back problems to still work out their lower body. Gary Beemer the strength and conditioning coach knew about the machine and Chow made the funding request from Na Koa.
