We Might Lose Another Commitment
The defensive linemen Tommy Woo from Oceanside High School. I know him personally because I was a high school friend. I follow him on Instagram and saw a post of him at a Utah airport apparently in Utah on a school visit. The location of his picture was "I just might Kommit". The kids these days caption their locations and that's what he did, high possibility of Tommy Woo decommiting from UH. I wouldn't be surprised if McKenzie Milton leaves, he actually probably is.
We gotta find a way to secure these kids, especially the local ones. UH needs to play great in order to get the local kids. It's just like Kahuku, the kids in their neighborhood grow up wanting to play with them because of the love the community shows to the team, the pride. If UH starts winning the community will embrace the team and kids growing up will want to play representing the state they were raised in.

Bummer, the dude has a lot of potential. Even w/ so much media on recruiting and websites, theres still SO much we don't know unless you have inside info like this.

I think that Tsai mentioned that he was a soft commit.IFeelThat¿ wrote:It's on the 2015 prospect forum post I thinkIrse wrote:I don't remember getting a commitment from him.
Not doubting, not hating, not loving, just hoping because I am a fan.

That sucks that coaches recruit kids to a school and build them up and tell them why they should come and then tries to take them when they leave to another school. These kids should commit to schools that they want to play at and not necessarily the assistant coaches.
Re: We Might Lose Another Commitment
Clune pulled a Lane Kiffin on us. The kids who commit to him better watch out, the next offer and he will be gone soon believe me!

Yup both Woo and Cronk tripped Utah St this weekend. Cronk being an offensive guy committing to the Aggies speaks volumes. I could see his HS LB buddy following, especially since DC Kevin Clune is popular with the existing Aggies returning Defense.
Re: We Might Lose Another Commitment
While I hope that UH can flip Cronk and Woo, they need to go where they'll be happy. If its the snow and cold, so be it. It'll be warm here whether NC posts a winning season and is retained, or not. There are more plusses to me to come here than wins and losses. Utah State is no academic dynamo, and where else can you take Hawaiian and Samoan language classes? Maybe Tongan will be offered if
not already offered. Where else can you attend class, work out then chill at the beach minutes away? The college experience is quite good.
If they do not sign and enroll here, I don't believe it will affect how UH performs this season. This recruiting class will not make next season with the exception, perhaps, of FBS ready JC NT/DT and maybe a couple of burners on offense. A poor recruiting class will affect us more down the line and not so much next year. Coach Chow needs to win now, so the priority is finding good coaches to coach up the Warriors from the first three recruiting classes who have taken their lumps and matured.

Re: We Might Lose Another Commitment
UH recruits don't even know who their coordinators going be. Kinda hard to commit, huh?
