Tsai just said on the radio that's the only play where no ref calls any pass interference. Everyone's always pushing and shoving on both sides.

Agree on the over-officiating on PI in college ball. I believe the officials should defer to advantage-disadvantage when determining PI. If both parties are pushing and no one gains an advantage or are put at a disadvantage, no call should be made.
