If Hawaii had improved from all the other years they would of beat Colorado and Rice. Heck the way they played Washington, they should have won that game. It was evident they did not improve from seasons past. Otherwise they would be in the win column more than the loss column. This is how I evaluate teams I care about in year 3.
Hawaii has lost to some pathetic teams.
