First off, prayers to the Chow family for his wife and the service for his mom. Football is just a game. We get all worked up over it, but it's really just a game that we like to watch. Life comes first.
Anyways, I didn't have a chance to watch the game again, but hopefully the guys can regroup this week for themselves and for coach and get ready for wyokie's cowboys. if there was a game that UH needs to with for us SH ohana, it is this one, or we'll never never hear the end of this Wyoming is the bestest team ever talk for however many years it takes for us to play them again. I heard the qb play wasn't to be desired again and hope someone steps up and brings that position back to glory.

here's how the other guys did.
- UW had a bye week , but they'd better get ready for Cal, who pulled out a crazy win vs Wazzu, whose QB threw for 734 yards in the loss! 734 yards! that's more than we've thrown all season! we'll see how much UW can throw for
- OSU survives the thin air of Boulder and comes away with a win. They get a bye breath of fresh air before hosting the UTES
- N. Iowa lose to Larry Bird's Indiana State. they go to S. Dakota this week in another conference game
- Wyoming had a bye. let's hope they come to Hawaii to enjoy a nice state and sand on a beach not in a desert and the pretty girls on that beach.
- SDSU continues to have a rough year, losing to Fresno. they should get a win at hapless New Mexico this week.
- Boise bounces back and shows they're still the one to beat in the MWC, KO'ng Nevada. The Wolf Pack head to the Rams this week
- Utah St pulls off one of the biggest upsets of the year (well, not compared to the other crazy top 10 ones, but in Aggie history, yes) as they derail both the Cougar's QB as well as their playoff crashing hopes. They host the Falcons of Air Force this week. Let's hope they don't celebrate too much and take this one lightly.
- San Jose keeps UNLV's win loss going. hope when the Rebels come to Halawa later in the season we can continue that

crazy weekend of upsets all across the board. the playoff scene is all messed up now. we shall see how it settles out.
again, prayers to the Chow family in a long week ahead.

wow, what a weekend. i couldn't make it but heard the news. unfortunate injury to end Graham's college career. thank you for playing for Hawaii. Woosley came back in and played like we hoped he could. Lakalaka seems to be ok after his concussion and good to see Saint Juste do well with his shot.
poor wyokie will have to live with this for at least 4 years. his cowbows will do just fine with him cheering him on.
anyways, here's how everyone else did.
UW is doing good in the PAC 12 as they take down Cal. They got their real test this weekend however as they head to Oregon.
Oregon State challenges Utah this week.
Northern Iowa takes down South Dakota this past week and has South Dakota State this week
CU had a bye this week but head to sunny SC this week.
Rice took down hapless Army and has a bye this week.
Wyoming looks to get back on track against the Spartans
SDSU beats up on lowly New Mexico in preparation for us.
Nevada loses to CSU as the Rams look to be the class of the conference.
Utah St also seems to be doing well without its starting QB as they win their 2nd in a row
and in the surprise of the weekend, Fresno state goes down to UNLV in Vegas.
anyways, hope Woosley can make it two games in a row. Also hope Iosefa learned his lesson and will come back strong after his 3 game suspension.
As always, Go Warriors! Go Bows!

My unsolicited predictions:
UDub will finish 8-5 or 9-4 going into their bowl game.
OSU will be lucky to finish bowl eligible.
CU may not win another game this season.
Rice could finish with a winning record.
It's hard to tell what the pecking order will be in our conference. But I don't think Wyoming will be bowl eligible.
This week's game with SDSU could be a close one. I would like our chances better if we were the home team. SDSU and Nevada could sneak in with a 6-6 record.
USU could finish 10-3.
CSU could finish 9-3.
SJSU just missing at 5-7.
UNLV beat Fresno last week. What in the world? I'll tab them at 3-9.
Fresno to finish 7-5.

Not only are my predictions unsolicited, they're unreliable. :-?

looks like our offense got lost on the road again. the refs didn't help as always, taking away our go ahead 100 yard kickoff return TD. we had to rely on a lucky hail mary pass near the end of the 1st half to get our only TD of the game. we had our chances but 2 INTs did us in. if Woosley is hurt and not 100%, do we get risky and go with the 4th string QB in Reilly who hasn't played a real snap in 3 years??
we have a tougher opponent coming in this week in Nevada. They can put up points and they are just coming off an upset win in Provo.
here's how everyone else yesterday.
UW went to Eugene and got beat up by the Ducks 45-20. They host the Sun Devils this week.
Oregon St also lost against the visiting Utes. They head to Stanford
N. Iowa lost to the other SDSU, South Dakota State
Colorado is on a 3 game losing streak, getting smashed by USC. They welcome the bruins this week
Wyoming continues its losing streak as well losing to the Spartans. They go to Fort Collins to visit the Rams who beat the Utah St Aggies on a last second FG.
And Fresno loses on national TV on that ugly blue field.
It's the halfway point of the season. To reach a bowl they have to win 5 out of the last 6. This is the toughest 3 game stretch for us. What do we do? Our offense hasn't been consistent all year while our D and ST has had to hold on as long as they can.
See you at the stadium Saturday? There'll be lots of parking and seats.

not getting any better. 25 minutes to 5 in the second half? our D can only take so much. vegas finally got one wrong. the O did ok in the first half but nevada figured it out in the 2nd and controlled the ball and the game. we couldn't contain fajardo. can't wait til he's gone. without him they would've been in trouble. don't even know who their backup is. they've had 8 years of great qb play. hope they have no one in the wings waiting.
this week, utah st comes to town. they're down to their 4th string qb. they did win over UNLV last week but most of the scoring was done by their 3rd string qb. let's hope with their short travel week, they won't be ready for sat.
here's how everyone else did.
- UW loses it's 2nd in a row but should get a win next week at Colorado who actually did decently against UCLA.
- Oregon St also loses 2 in a row but should do fine against Cal this week.
- N. Iowa gets back on the winning track beating W. Illinois and get Illinois St this week.
- Rice beats up on the conference foe N. Texas and gets the Panthers of Florida Int'l this week
- Wyoming's losing streak continues as they go down to CSU.
- CSU has San Jose this week who just lost at Annapolis vs Navy

Decent crowd for this past game. All were there up until that INT that killed our chances. hope most of them come back this week. depending on who Utah St starts this week, we might have a chance to get to him and pressure him out. let's hope our guys can pick themselves up and rally.

Remember Tyler Stewart from last year? He had his first career start against us because Fajardo and the backup were out. He had a huge game against us. Tyler should be a senior next time Nevada comes here to play us.

Man, this is getting hard to watch. Our D which has held on for so long this season gave up 3 huge passing plays and our offense disappears after the 1st quarter. I won't comment any more on the game. Everyone can see it.

Next week will be the toughest road trip of the season. Back to the altitude and the streaking Rams. They've won 7 in a row.

UW got back on the winning track by beating Colorado. They host the Bruins of UCLA.
Oregon St lost its 3rd in a row. They host WAZZU this week
N. Iowa goes over the .500 mark taking out it's second Illinois team in a row
Rice wins it's 5th in a row over FIU. They get Texas-SA this week
Wyoming pulls a big upset over faltering Fresno. wyokie thinks UH has a chance against the bulldogs. we shall see
SDSU loses against UNR. They have former WAC foe Idaho this week.
CSU fought off San Jose St for its 7th in a row.
and UNLV loses to New Mexico. Maybe we got chance in this one.

What in the heck is going on in Fresno - first they lost to UNLV, then get blown out by the Cowpokies? Now the Bulldogs have to run the table against SJSU, @Nevada and UH just to be bowl eligible.

Fresno is having a disappointing season.

this is depressing. so much red. i couldn't watch the game this past Saturday but I heard it was depressing. dropped balls, missed coverages.

3 games left. 2 on the road. what'll happen to Coach? Can we go out on a positive note?

- UW can't keep up with UCLA. Doesn't get easier going to Arizona this week
- OSU continues its losing streak losing to WSU. ASU is gonna be a tougher game this week.
- N. Iowa extends its winning streak but head to the Salukis this wee
- Colorado shares our same record losing to the Wildcats. They get a break this week before heading to the Ducks turf
- Rice wins it's 6th in a row. They have a really tough game against Marshall this week
- Wyoming comes back down to earth losing to USU this week. They have a bye to get ready for the Boise blue broncos
- SDSU goes over .500 taking out old WAC team Idaho. They get a shot at the blue turf this week.
- Nevada had a bye this week to prepare for Air Force this week
- USU gets another hapless team in New Mexico this week
- San Jose St gives Fresno something to be happy about and host us this Sat
- UNLV goes down to Air Force and head to Provo this week before we get them in 2.

Like so many other games this season, the Warriors start out really slow and somehow try to crawl their way back, and like so many other times, it fell short.
I couldn't watch, but I heard it was a tale of two halves and a tale of two Woosleys.
Questions for next year...
- Will Wittek save the team and the program? Or will Chow stick with Woosley and hope he grows in the offseason?
- Will we ever see Beau?
- Who will replace Iosefa? Can Lakalaka stay healthy? Will Saint Juste pick up the slack? Or will the other limited time players we saw step up?
- Lines, we lost a lot on both sides.
- Kicking. We lose not only our team MVP in Harding, but also Hadden who really proved his worth this year. We also lost our backup punter Guzman that we never saw. Will we go after another rugby style kicker??

anyways, this is the last of my updates. I don't really care about the other teams and what bowls they go to. Maybe if I get super bored around the new year, I'll do an update.

- UW takes the apple cup again, and probably will head to a decent bowl
- OSU on the other hand loses its rivalry game to the Ducks. OU now heads to the PAC-12 title game to face their dream breaking foe, Arizona
- N Iowa ends the season on a 6 game winning streak. Congrats to them
- Colorado on the other hand, loses it's 8th in a row. Their coach is probably out. Will we ever play them again?
- Rice went out on a cold note, giving up 76??? Altho they still have a winning record and will be headed to a bowl too.
- wyokie's cowboys might also look for another coach too as they lose to Mountain dweller New Mexico. at least we have the same amount of wins this year as them, but we got the Paniolo trophy!!!
- SDSU ruined our MWC west title dreams before our game as they wiped out SJSU and their kicker.
- Nevada also didn't help as UNLV couldn't muster up a win for outgoing coach Mauck. Nevada also has a bowl game in its future. I wonder who will be coming to Hawaii for the Hawaii bowl
- USU didn't help CSU in losing big to Boise, who still is the big brother in the conference.
- CSU also goes down somehow to the AFA ending their 9 game winning streak and also totally not giving them a shot for the Mountain title. They also might lose their coach but for a good reason as his previous conference SEC is a calling with a desperate need for coaches there.
- Fresno will try to get revenge against Boise in the title game. Good luck to them.
