Two more commits to the Warriors

Post by Irse »

Kaiwi Chung, a center from Kamehameha Schools, and Jamal Mayo, a cornerback from Laney College in Oakland, Calif., will be added to much-needed areas for the Rainbow Warriors

Had a feeling that Dane might end up at UH......since he and his dad were at most of UH's Saturday spring practice sessions.

With Chow good friends with Laney College HC, hopefully this means that UH has a legit shot at landing DT/DE Tofa (Anthony) Fotu......

While undersided, Chung fundamentally and technically sound.....with good quickness and explosiveness......and solidly built and very strong.......

Benched 225 lbs 24 times at the 2013 PIAA Combine a year ago (last May 2013 prior to his senior season).....
http://recruiting.scout.com/2/1295294.html

Also was tops at the 2013 Boise State football camp benching 185 lbs 34 times last June 2013....

Olin krutz was barely 6ft and he had a great Puerto career. He was notoriously strong with a real nasty streak.
Not to mention Qbs have an waist time seeing over a shorter center/guard

I reminder that.....Olin was listed at 6-4 when he played for the Crusaders......then at 6-2 for UDub Huskies and then Chicago Bears......but never barely 6-0 tall.
