If Hawaii needs a future cupcake

The University of the Incarnate Word announced Monday that it has scheduled a 2019 game against the Bears in Waco. The game will be played Aug. 31 in McLane Stadium, which is currently under construction.

UIW founded its football program in 2007 and played at the Div. II level before moving up to the FCS in 2013.

Boise State has five losing seasons since 1968. Yes...five. There is no next Boise State.

But yes, UH is in no position to call anyone a cupcake. Hawaii is currently the cupcake.

Wyoming is only half step better than Hawaii in being the cupcake of the conference!!!! We barely beat the Warriors in Laramie last year. Had it not been for Brett Smith and Herron, Wyoming loses that game badly.

As for Boise State...... :roll: ....sadly that's one dynasty that won't fall apart soon. Maybe in...oh...50 years. :roll: :roll:

Wyoming faces a hell of an uphill climb without Smith. Would not be shocked if both UH and UW are cupcakes again next fall, but Hawaii is the tastier cupcake. :lol:
