Yeszir!!!Welcome Kapua... congratulations on busting your butt to earn your bachelors in 3 years.EITSwarrior wrote:So he can play right away?
Maybe you can encourage former Utah teammate Kala Friel to return home, too.
For those who forgot, Kala graduated from Kamehameha '09, redshirted at Utah then went on a mission.
He just returned this spring, but only to find that Utah had recruited 15 linemen this year.
http://www.sltrib.com/sltrib/utes/53936 ... n.html.cspBacking the two tackles now are freshman Kala Friel and junior Kapua Sai. There is a chance that none of the current players could be the starters come August. The Utes signed 15 linemen altogether in their 2012 class. Whittingham believes as many as six of those could step in and have an immediate impact.

I was wondering what school he graduated from- I thought he was from Kamehameha as well, but his pic at the top indicated St. Louis. His brother signed with us too right? Now if we can get Haku to get Kamalei to come here. . .

Offensive lineman Kapua Sai is in the process of transferrin
BUT it looks like he needs a few more credits which he says he should be able to complete by the end of June.Offensive lineman Kapua Sai is in the process of transferring from Utah to UH.

Tsai also says that he can play ALL positions on the O-line which makes him a great addition to the squad. Even if he's not a starter, he'll add much needed depth to the line. The way the injury bug hits our Oline, he might end up as the first Warrior to start a game in every O-line position before he is through.

Good steal, not to mention the needed depth at the position. Looking forward to seeing this guy contribute in some kind of way.
