When I read the title of this thread, I thought there was a typo in his name (i.e., Kalani), but Sportsbow doesn't make such mistakes.

I'm not sure if I made a typo mistake or not. Don't know if his first name is Kalan or Kaylan. I went with the majority from links from google search.

Scout.com and youtube video spells it Kaylan. Rivals.com, Maxpreps.com, berecruited.com, and ESPN.com blog spells it Kalan.

Among the other class of 2013 defensive backs who stood out during the camp were Jermaine Ervin (Bakersfield, Calif./Bakersfield) and Kalan Montgomery (Compton, Calif./Dominguez).

"Ervin is a little guy who can move, very explosive," Fletcher said. "Montgomery has more size, and I liked the way he stayed between his man and the ball."

NORWALK, Calif. -- Nearly 350 top prospects from California, Arizona, Nevada and beyond competed at the Los Angeles Nike Football Training Camp on Sunday at Cerritos College.

There were more than 100 prospects holding offers in attendance and there were several stellar performances, but only 24 can be named to Los Angeles All-Nike Camp team.

Note: Selections are based upon camp performance as well as past and projected on-field performance. Athletes are in the Class of 2013 unless otherwise noted.

DB: Kaylan Montgomery, 6-0, 156, Dominguez (Compton, Calif.)
Breakdown: Montgomery will need to add weight, but he has a great future. And he competed well all day. Hawaii and San Diego State have offered.
