Especially after reading that SA article about how much he liked Tony Tuioti. Maybe even switching Tony from the D-line made a big difference.

WB was hinting that S. Lavaka had one year of eligibility left given when he started school. Therefore I think he went somewhere he could play right away.
Substance matters.
