Prep:
A 2006 graduate of Damien Memorial High School in Honolulu...earned three varsity letters in football...played mostly at center for the Monarchs...participated in the 2005 HUB Goodwill Senior Bowl...also earned three letters in soccer and one in track and field.

Personal:
Born in Honolulu, O‘ahu....has one brother...parents are Teresa and Michael Tiwanak of ‘Aiea, O‘ahu.

Fun Facts:
- JC Teammate with Current Warrior Bryant Moniz
- High School Teammate with Current Warrior Kealoha Pilares
- Grandfather the late Mariano Tiwanak, was a former Amateur Flyweight Boxing Champion in the mid to late 40’s. He later mastered and taught at the Central Hawaiian Activities-3 (C.H.A.3) Kenpo Brotherhood Association
- Father Mike, Mother Teresa, Brother Tazmon “Taz” and Bronzon are also Masters in the Art and History of C.H.A.3 Kenpo

Looks like it'll be between Bronson and London Sapolu battling for the starting C job for the USC game. Hopefully Lefiti won't be out longer than the 3 games they're expecting. If he is able to come back in game 4, we should be pretty deep at C.

There's a lot riding on this bradduh's shoulders........and snaps.

This story on the new UH center has been a bit under the radar. This is quite possibly the most important position on the line. While hopes were high on Matagesila Lefiti to be the man after Estes, an injured foot has changed the plan a bit. I hear good things about Tiwanak, my best to him.

With Tiwanak asnd Pilares, there will be two starters from Damien on offense. And Correa is in the rotation on DL. Remember when they wanted to disband the football program there? I'm glad that they didn't go through with it.
