Attended College of San Mateo for 3 years. A two-year starter at nose tackle...started every game as freshman in 2006 before sitting out the entire 2007 season, due to because of infection in his leg...returned to start every game in 2008...amassed 28 tackles, including 3.5 for loss and two sacks as a sophomore…also had three pass breakups and recovered one fumble.

Prep:
A 2006 graduate of San Mateo High School in California...earned three letters in football and one in track and field...helped lead team to the 2003 CCS Championship. Played played both Offensive and Defensive Line and was named Senior Co-Captain of the team

David “Dileka” Hafoka was born in San Mateo, Calif....a sociology major...has three younger sisters...parents are Ofa and Tevita Hafoka of San Mateo, Calif.

Fun Facts:
- Chose Hawaii over offers from Arizona and Utah
- During his freshman year he played with former Warriors Francis Maka, Calvin Roberts and current Warrior Ray Hisatake
- Nickname is “T-Rex”
