That's some serious yardage.

Given our inability to bring in a RB and the fact that we only have two proven guys (Green & Chizzy) on the roster we'll need a really solid effort from Lister as he's the only other scholarship RB we have.

that said, I remember when he was recruited and I was very eager to see him play then so I'm quietly optimistic on this one.

I have high hopes for this guy and I can hardly wait for him to mature and take the field.

At this point he is our future and it's his position to lose.

He is a true running back (not a position change) and he has the size to be very successful in our system.

Coach Ault probably cried about losing him. Reminds me of Lippincott.

4.49 40 was apparently "laser timed." I take that to mean his time is more legit that a hand timed one. And he played FB, so he seems to have the ability to be a productive runner in UH's offense (since FBs set up closer to line of scrimmage than TBs). He's got good size. Although waering a a lighter shade in the photo, he looks good in green. Looking forward to seeing him play.

although this was posted here...
In his senior year he rushed 273 times for 2117 yards (7.76 ave) and 7 TD and only 2 fumbles
his actual TD's were a whopping 27 TD's rushing and one TD pass reception for a total of 28 in his senior year.

one of the online reports had this incorrectly posted as 7 td's.

here's the link:

note: bigwave has it listed towards the bottom of the list of links.

lister will make you blister. looks like a large travis sims!

btw, thanks bigwave for all the info.

Ha...I was wondeing how someone could rack up that much yardage and only score 7 TD's.
27 TD's sounds more like it.
