I just watched them in that interview. Blaze is a great spokesperson for the team. He doesn't' talk as much as most potogees and he's smart. Brashton seems more uneasy about the interview. (maybe he was worried about going to class soon)

- Sat out the season due to a torn Achilles Tendon

Appeared in final nine games after missing first four...amassed 27.0 total tackles, including 6.0 for loss...also had two sacks and three quarterback hurries...against Boise State, had a career-high seven tackles, including a sack and three TFL totaling -11 yards....had a crucial third down tackle at San Jose State (Oct. 12), which enabled UH to tie the game in regulation.

- Also lettered in Track and Field

Born Dec. 16, 1987, in Seattle, Wash...has one younger brother (Blake)...parents are Selene and Wayne Soares of Kane`ohe, O`ahu.

- Chose Hawaii over BYU, Utah, SDSU, and Idaho
- High School Teammates with Current Warriors Corey Daniels, Victor Clore and Corey Paredes

There's no questioning this kid's heart and desire to play football.

It's my perception however, that he's often injured. I sense it's something that may nag at him throughout this season, and hamper his ablility to advance to the next level.

Health is the key for this player. If he can stay healthy for an entire season, he's all-WAC material.

It was an awesome show. Hopefully they can do that C&K show for the road game at Vegas.

his ability or inability to stay on field this year will go a long way in determining how good or bad our D is IMO.
A true impact player.
