Eh, what happened to St. Louis JV and Varsity? They didn't show up at all to the parade. Maybe they still mad about losing to Leilehua.

I think when you last visited Hawaii (in the 90's) Waikiki was the only roads that were paved.
Not much has changed and Waikiki still is the only paved roads on islands.

I only lived in the 80's for a month and a half. According to my parents I'm very fortunate that was all.
Great photos Scott. Looks like the team had a blast, glad none of them got hit by that trolley.

here's video of the parade i captured from KHNL & K5.
had to split it into 3 parts, as well as a short clip of the trophy presentation from the UH bball game against Fresno.
Here's also a link to Princess Leila's video with the team on the street.
