Chad Owens is the greatest Warrior in history. He is an inspiration to everyone. This guy went from walk-on to All-American and will hopefully do it at the next level. He plays w/ wreckless abandonement and goes hard every single play and plays the game the way it should be played. The ESPN announcers compared C.O. work ethic to Jerry Rice. Now that's a compliment!
Chad Owens called that punt return for a touchdown in the Hawaii bowl. He was waving his arms to get the crowd pumped up and to stand b/c they were about to witness a touchdown annd he knew it. That's big time!
C.O. thanks for the excitment b/c it gave me CHICKEN SKIN!
C.O. is Ldub's idol
Got to agree with you here about CO. I remember the first time he touched the ball - late in game that UH was winning handily. The ball is handed off to him as he "swept" from his left slot position towards the right side of the field. Down the side-line, and DIVING into the end-zone. Although he got a penalty (excessive celebration), JJ said he didn't care because "THAT'S THE WAY FOOTBALL IS SUPPOSED TO BE PLAYED."
