Silcon Valley Classic may lose ESPN contract

Their attendance has been horrible these last few years, even with Fresno State playing there. In fact, Fresno State turned their back on the bowl all together. I'm hoping that with the end of the Conference USA contract, they can somehow bring in the Pac 10 from the SVC. Either do that or bring in a MWC school.

One other WAC connection I've been thinking about had to do with the watered down Conference USA. I'm not sure when the MWC/CUSA contract ends to allow their champions to go up against each other, unless one of the gets a BCS birth, but I would love for the WAC to fill that contract instead. With all of CUSA's losses and their additions of our scrub Texas schools, all but UTEP, a WAC vs. MWC game would be a lot more appealing.
