BLACKOUT SECTION
Any of the faithful UH fans out there hear or see the BLACKOUT corner going off every week?
I mean anyone see half of us getting escorted out of the stadium by police every game?
The blackout corner is your opportunity to party like crazed crazy people, all while still not being affiliated with UH in any way. We are a group of 25 friends that wear black shirts and paint our faces for every game, and sit in the first 3 rows of Orange Section FF, right in front of Vili, on the end zone. We got a 4-hour open tailgate party before every game, inbetween the parking signs 1 & 2, near the UH ticket office.
This is an open invite to all who want to party like they do on the mainland for your home team, because having pride in your team means not sitting down, and screaming and getting all nuts.
post questions or comments in this thread, maybe you could make some new friends, or at least get shitty drunk.

What's your plans for this weeks road game? Where is everyone going to watch the game this Friday.

almost
we are seated in FF, on the sideline, so they dont let us get on the dugout, or they would probably kick us all out.
Yes it is us that starts the wave at the football games, and I am also the guy that starts the wave at all of the mens basketball games all of last year, and will be doing it again this year.
The guys that paddle with the ti leaves are the manoa maniacs, the school-affiliated "cheering" section. But since none of us go to UH anymore, we started our own cheering section. We are wild and crazy and drunk as all hell, and we love UH.
We also have at least 10 manoa maniacs defectors that party and sit with us in our section, because they were told to sit down in their seats, located near the student section. Last time i checked, i paid 20 bucks to see a football game, not a god damn ballet, where we all sit patiently in our seats and dont say a word. All those fans need to buy the game on PPV so they dont take up all those seats.
Most of us live in kailua, so we are going to charge a bar and watch it where we can get rowdy. Maybe magoo's, whos down?

You're Nahtz
QUESTION: Where you the sames guys who had Channon Harris, Lelie, and Stutzmann do the "Halawa Leap" into the stands during the BYU Game?
I work in Kailua... Porky's, Big City Diner are two places that come in mind that will probably show the game...
Or go to Sears Windward Mall, all busss, and drive everyone crazy...

latech this week
ok boys lets smoke 'em
make sure you get in for kickoff, because ty detmers record is going down on the first pass from scrimmage, so make sure you are there early. also watch for us down on the field in the front 2 rows of FF, orange. there should be a couple cops down there, so just look for the white guys holding up the signs.
and we will be tailgating in the same section as always, between the #1 and #2 parking lot signs on the ticket office side of the stadium. 3 years worth of season tickets and i still have no idea if that is the halawa gate or the makai side of the parking lot. pffft w/e
