We are looking so dumb right now. That was the dumbest call I've ever seen.

Elimimian is the man tonight...besides him, the defense looks like that crazy green-cheese hat on the Rainbowtique website, full of pukas...pitiful...where's last week's running game? Where's the o-line? I'm glad Hawai'i's nickname isn't the road warriors, because they sure aint...how frustrating to watch UH underachieve once again on the road...

They need to mix it up with the run in the second half. They might not make the big gains like last week, but it will definitely set up the pass!

This has been talked about over and over. Jones doesnt make the call, the upman does. If he sees it, he takes it. As you can see the guy was WIDE open but the throw wasnt there, NO ONE would have said anything if the catch was made. I hate when people act like we havent scored on the same play like 2 or 3 times Jones has been here.10 wrote:Dumber than the first 3 times JJ has called it in his career?

I still think it was a dumb call. Even if we made it, it would of been a dumb call. If we made it, people would be saying, yippeee as a sign of relief. Fact is, we got ourselves a gambler at Head and right there he was playing way against the odds.

The key to gambling is to know when to play it safe and when to go balls out. The only thing I can think of right now is that JJ's might not of had faith in ST and figured kicking the ball would of been much more dangerous. That just might be it, ST did mess up on the next punt.H20 wrote:VonAppen played it safe I'd rather have Maverick

I was talking generally about the fake punt deep in your own territory.H20 wrote:This has been talked about over and over. Jones doesnt make the call, the upman does. If he sees it, he takes it. The upman calls a fake punt with no direction from Jones?

Chang is hurt, Moe is hurt, Patton is hurt, the defense is broke, the offense is broke, Akina has an interception, Jone's play calling is lagging, more injuries for the Warriors!!! Pitiful...pitiful...I can hear circus music playing for the way the Warriors are playing...at least my secondary team/alma mater is #1 in 1AA.... Go Salukis!!!
