I think they are already setting things up for his departure. noticed that they leaked that they were going to have a finding before Jay takes leave for "a health issue". are they laying the foundation for a "personal reasons" exit?

Its bitter sweet for me, I enjoyed the style of play Gib brought to hawaii. I had high hopes for the team this upcoming season but now idk

Same here. Gib didn't coach the best team but his teams were always entertaining to watch.

Which if this is the case, then it's all about the MONEY$$$...I'm no Gib fan, but the team was doing a whole lot better with him than NASH or Riley at the end.....and I liked NASH, but I thought he got a raw deal.

I think GIB got a raw deal as well.....we're in trouble, so much trouble we don't even see it yet....
