UH-Hilo moves up six spots: Three conference wins last week propelled UH-Hilo to jump six spots to No. 19 in the latest NABC Division II Congress Top 25 poll released yesterday.
The Vulcans (15-1 overall, 3-1 PacWest) are the only PacWest team to receive votes in the poll.

Vulcans move up in poll
The Hawaii-Hilo men's basketball team moved up one spot in this week's NCAA Division II poll to 16th.
Minnesota State-Mankato (19-2) is ranked No. 1.
The Vulcans (18-2) host Brigham Young University-Hawaii tomorrow and Saturday. The Seasiders were ranked as high as ninth before a string of losses knocked them out of the poll.
Seasiders win: Jake Chrisman scored 31 points and Thomas Watkins added 24 as BYU-Hawaii defeated Chaminade 100-83 in a PacWest game last night in Laie.
The Seasiders improved to 11-4, 6-0 in conference play while the Silverswords dropped to 12-8, 6-4.
