NCAA Hearing for UH, Gib Arnold pushed back
Re: NCAA Hearing for UH, Gib Arnold pushed back
I just have this bad feeling that UH is going to lose, and lose real bad. Not just the NCAA case with Gib, but the contract issue mainly. $1.4 mil is a lot of kala to have to pay off.

Not to mention UH's attorneys' fees, which will continue to mount.My3Cats wrote:I just have this bad feeling that UH is going to lose, and lose real bad. Not just the NCAA case with Gib, but the contract issue mainly. $1.4 mil is a lot of kala to have to pay off.

Since his termination was without cause, reinstatement would not appear to be a remedy. It's the $1.4 million. With Eran Ganot here, reinstatement of any sort would seem unlikely - but as Joaquin Andujar described baseball in one word, "you never know."808Hawaii wrote:What if Gib wins and UH is forced to hire him back?
