The game was closer than the score indicates. Most of those points came in the 4th qtr. Too many mistakes cost kahuku (a bunch 3rd n longs conversions, penalties (roughing the kicker), missed tackles, fumble, etc.HS Football Fanatic wrote:@reignjah11: Yeah, well, there are some teams right here on Oahu that do the same kind of thing. No class, is right. Anyway, I wasn't expecting this kind of blowout; thought the game would be closer. So, how would St Louis have done? Better? I don't know; at the moment, they're down to Kamehameha, 3-0. But, it's only the 1st quarter.reignjah11 wrote:Wow that's some bs at the end! Play action deep pass then another drop back pass with like 15 sec left! No class BG! Probably jealous there were more kahuku fans at their own stadium.
Oops, spoke to soon. It's now 7-3 St Louis.

Re: Official Kahuku vs. Bishop Gorman Thread
I expected a more lopsided score. Three freshman (QB, OL, DB) started for Kahuku, that is pretty amazing.
