It might be one of the best things that could've happened for Mililani. I don't mean to say that someone getting injured is ever a good thing, but they brought up Garrett Gabriel's freshman son who is probably the future of Trojans football. It sounds like York is gonna have him and Higa split time, but even if Gabriel doesn't get to play, it's still valuable for him to at least prepare for a varsity game as sort of a preview for his coming years.bandits1 wrote:^^^Right on. If he's at least 95% healthy by the semis, Mililani should be the favorite again. This also gives the backups valuable game time in case Milton goes down again.
Plus they'll get Milton back for the OIA playoffs and states.
