Roosevelt is getting a lot of deserved credit on the girls side so far this season. Question is, can they compete with Kam's full lineup with Alo and a host of returning placers.

@statefarmjake808: Well, perhaps Roosevelt should concentrate on winning the OIA, then worry about beating Kamehameha in States. Which school is Roosevelt's toughest competitor in the OIA?statefarmjake808 wrote:Roosevelt is getting a lot of deserved credit on the girls side so far this season. Quite a bit actually. Pearl City returns 5 state place winners which include 4 finalists. Kahuku returns 4 place winners. Waianae returns 5 place winners. They will have to work pretty hard to come out on top in the OIA. States is probably out of reach for everyone that doesn't attend Kapalama which returns 6, including 3 champions. Roosevelt may get there, but with only a couple of placers returning they will have a lot to overcome. Girls teams in the OIA have quite a few contenders and it will be interesting to watch.HS Football Fanatic wrote:@statefarmjake808: Well, perhaps Roosevelt should concentrate on winning the OIA, then worry about beating Kamehameha in States.
