What happened to the HHSAA Kickoff Classic?

What happened to the HHSAA Kickoff Classic?
Anyone know what the status is for these games? I can't remember the last time they featured the top HS teams from Hawai'i vs. some top teams from the mainland... That 2003 showdown that featured St. Louis vs. De La Salle & Kahuku vs. Long Beach Poly was a great way to showcase Hawaii football and I believe today would get much more exposure than it did 10 years ago. Seems that Punahou & Mililani would be good reps for HI... Obviously can't go wrong with Kahuku, St. Louis and maybe even Iolani?
